By accessing or using LeadsVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data, including leads, that you upload to LeadsVault complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR and CAN-SPAM. LeadsVault does not verify the legality, origin, or accuracy of the uploaded leads.
You may not use LeadsVault to upload, store, or share any data that is illegal, unauthorized, or infringes on the rights of others. Any violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
LeadsVault provides a platform for managing and sharing lead data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or lawfulness of any data uploaded by users. You acknowledge that you use LeadsVault at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. LeadsVault's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
“Lifetime access” refers to access for the operational lifetime of the LeadsVault service, not in perpetuity. In the event that LeadsVault discontinues its services, we will provide at least 30 days written notice to all users. Purchases made within 12 months of a discontinuation announcement are eligible for a pro-rata refund. Purchases made more than 12 months prior to discontinuation are not eligible for refunds. We will provide a reasonable data export period before any service shutdown.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of LeadsVault after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
